I Don't Like This Weather

Because the weather today was relatively sucky (rain, chilly, 50 degrees), I decided to post a sunny outfit. I cannot wait to wear this dress somewhere other than my balcony. It's screams summer & I couldn't be more ready for warm weather. Plus, this is about as much color as my wardrobe can handle.
